About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Emergency Department, reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing. Working alongside a second CNC, you will provide high-level support in coordinating and managing nursing staff. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and accountable for maintaining their own practice standards and professional development. You will collaborate closely with the Emergency Department leadership team to support and strengthen the development of the nursing workforce while ensuring high-quality patient care.
