About the Role:
Community Recovery Services (CRS) are a multi-disciplinary team, provides a recovery-focused, strengths-based approach to clinical case management to improve wellbeing and enhance functioning in the community for adults.
The Clinical Manager provides high quality interventions and achieves sound outcomes for people, contributes to the multidisciplinary team processes, undertakes professional development and professional supervision.
A day in the life, you will deliver face to face care and treatment to clients over a sustained period to enable the person to improve in social and other areas of functioning, require less hospital admissions and engage more actively in treatment.
You will be responsible for a caseload of clients with support from an allocated psychiatrist and the multidisciplinary team they work in as well as high quality governance structures/supports.
We are looking for someone, who has the ability to undertake clinical work with people with complex mental health conditions, able to work independently, be proud of providing competent, safe, high quality allied health services.
A merit pool may be created from this recruitment process and remain valid for 12 months. This pool may be used to fill both permanent and temporary positions across CHS.
