Quotations & Procurement Coordinator

Dumfries | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm

At Cool & Easy Ltd, we're building something special. As we continue to grow across refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and renewable energy, we're looking for an organised and motivated Quotations & Procurement Coordinator to join our office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and being at the centre of a busy operation.

Main Responsibilities

Producing and issuing small quotations
Obtaining equipment and material pricing
Liaising with suppliers and negotiating costs
Ordering materials and equipment
Managing stock levels and replenishment
Coordinating engineer van stock
Supporting engineers with materials and parts
Monitoring deliveries and supplier performance
Processing supplier pricing updates
Organising collections and returns
Tracking outstanding parts and back orders
Procurement administration and record keeping
Managing company consumables
Updating pricing schedules and supplier databases
Assisting the wider office team when required

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident using computers and office systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous administration, purchasing or quoting experience desirable but not essential
