Job Duties
Sales Development:
• Collaborates with sales representatives, account managers, and internal stakeholders to develop technical proposals and support deal closure activities.
• Identifies customer challenges and aligns Landmark’s Well Construction and Drilling Work Package (DWP) solutions to deliver measurable operational and business value.
• Supports business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and driving technology adoption across the ESSA region.
• Contributes to pipeline growth through customer engagement, technical consulting, and value-driven solution positioning.
Technical Support:
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Landmark’s Well Construction and DWP solutions.
• Maps customer requirements to Landmark technologies and develops solution strategies that address drilling and well delivery challenges.
• Delivers technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars to showcase solution capabilities.
• Leads Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects and pilot programs to demonstrate technical and business benefits.
• Supports technology transfer initiatives and promotes best practices for solution adoption and utilization.
Client Management:
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with drilling, well engineering, and digital transformation teams within customer organizations.
• Acts as a trusted advisor, supporting customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale adoption process.
• Works closely with customers to understand evolving business needs and identify new opportunities for value creation.
• Collects and communicates customer feedback to product management and R&D teams to support continuous innovation.
Industry Engagement:
• Represents Halliburton Landmark at industry conferences, technical forums, Tech Days, workshops, and customer events.
• Demonstrates thought leadership through technical presentations, publications, webinars, and industry engagement activities.
• Promotes awareness of Landmark’s Well Construction and DWP solutions across the European market.
• Shares market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends with the broader Landmark organization.

• Strong understanding of drilling, well construction, well planning, and well delivery workflows.
• Ability to translate customer business challenges into technical solution recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, projects, and customer engagements across different countries and cultures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, preferably in drilling, well construction, well engineering, or digital drilling workflows.
• Experience with Landmark solutions, including Well Construction, EDM/OpenWells, DrillPlan, DWP, or related drilling technologies is preferred.
• Experience supporting technical sales, consulting, business development, or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and data-driven workflows within upstream oil and gas operations is desirable.
