The post holder will provide electrical services to meet the needs of the board healthcare facilities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patient care through the delivery of a planned maintenance, repair and installations service which always represents quality and value for money.
To provide a safe maintenance service to all plant, equipment and service infrastructure within the board’s hospitals and premises ensuring delivery of all works to relevant legislation standards incorporating STHM 06 – 01 Parts A & B, 06-01 & 06-03.
The post holder will be assisting in the development of the estates function into a customer focused range of services, leading a flexible, integrated approach to the delivery of estates services.
To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country. This permission is, without exception, granted by the UK Visa and Immigrations Service. This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
