We’re looking for ambitious, relationship‑driven recruiters to take over a well‑established HR recruitment desk at Reed in Glasgow, covering the West of Scotland. This is a standout opportunity to step into a successful, warm desk in a high‑performing team known for developing exceptional talent.

About the Role
You’ll run a hybrid HR recruitment desk, focusing on permanent and fixed‑term placements across a broad client base in the West of Scotland. With an established pipeline and strong brand backing, you’ll be empowered to build on existing relationships while developing new networks across the HR community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment – from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interview management and offer negotiation
- Network building – developing lasting relationships within the HR market; becoming a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
- Candidate sourcing – using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and headhunting to identify top HR talent
- Consultative approach – advising clients on hiring trends and supporting candidates through their career journeys
