About the Role:
Are you passionate about supporting people experiencing mental illness and contributing to a recovery-focused care environment? We are seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our multidisciplinary team within Adult Mental Health Unit (AMHU).
Our service is guided by recovery-oriented principles, focusing on collaborative care involving consumers, carers, and key support services.
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play an important support role within the allied health team, assisting in the delivery of care under the supervision of qualified allied health professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented; Interested in mental health and recovery-focused care; Able to communicate effectively with consumers and staff; Capable of recognising and reporting changes in behaviour or condition
