Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
Hours and Shift Pattern:
5-week rota, 36hrs per week over 7 days
Shift patterns – 7.00-3.00pm, 3.00-11.00pm and 11.00-7.00am
This post is offered on a permanent basis
What you will do:
The general role of the security is widely varied and consists of duties such as driving, security – (monitoring CCTV, patrolling premises, locking and securing same, issuing keys).

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
- Clean Driving License
- You are required to be numerate, literate and practical.
- Good Communication as this will take place at various levels e.g., Estates, Heads of Department, Practice Managers etc.
- Must have ability to use own initiative to anticipate and make appropriate decisions.
- Expected to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible approach to work and working hours
