Functions
Key responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to:
- Take necessary information/messages for departmental personnel.
- Prepare and send Departmental correspondence when needed.
- Carry out contract/project administration as required by Manager/Supervisor.
- Support Time and Labour submission for ad-hoc NDT personnel.
- Support verifying certification and validity for all NDT personnel (using issuing body systems where possible) and update personnel competence records, utilizing administrator support when required.
- Support ensure accurate tracking of personnel
- Any other duty deemed necessary by Management to support successful operations of the business.
- Safety
- Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other
- Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
- Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
- Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
Hours of Work
This role is offered on a part-time basis (14 hours per week). The successful candidate will be required to work 8 hours every Monday, with the remaining 6 hours arranged flexibly across the rest of the week, subject to operational requirements.
