What the opportunity looks like

This is a varied role at the heart of our Head Office, helping to create a safe, welcoming and well-run workplace for colleagues and visitors. You'll play a key role in ensuring our office environment operates smoothly, whilst supporting health and safety standards and compliance across the workplace.

In this role, you'll:

Lead and Manage the day-to-day operation of our Glasgow Head Office, ensuring facilities, services and workplace resources run effectively
Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and building management teams to deliver excellent workplace services and value for money
Support and advise on all workplace health and safety activities including risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations and compliance reporting
Drive improvements that enhance the colleague experience, strengthen workplace safety and support business continuity

Skills and experience that will help you be a success

Experience managing office, workplace or facilities services, ensuring a professional environment operates safely and efficiently
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, with confidence supporting risk management, compliance activities and safety initiatives. There is a requirement for Health and Safety qualifications.
Strong organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and contractors
