Resource Planners

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work within the East Region Resource Planning Team based in Dundee.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the effective planning and maintenance of staff rosters, providing a high level of administrative support to ensure the most effective utilisation of resources.

You will be able to evidence excellent communication and organisational skills, a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Excel, is required to operate department systems. Previous experience of working within a Resource Planning or Scheduling department would be advantageous.

A flexible approach to work is essential as post holders will provide a resource planning function across a wide and varied geographical area and undertake unsocial hours, including weekends.

You will be required, on occasions, to deal with sensitive information and therefore post holders must have an awareness of the Data Protection Act and a high degree of professional integrity.
