We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide clerical support for our Principal Teachers’ Guidance Office at Viewforth High School. The postholder will be responsible for responding to changes in procedures and IT systems and for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the guidance office, arranging meetings, updating diaries and taking minutes of confidential meetings. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Coordinator.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
