We are inviting applications for a strategically focused PA to join our Pharmacy Business Function team. This senior-level role forms part of a highly effective team of three, designed to modernise and elevate the PA by extending its scope well beyond traditional administrative duties. About the Role
This role is based on-site at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital. You will be required to work in person to provide direct support to PSLT, and you may be required to travel to other sites as needed.
Working closely with the Pharmacy Senior Leadership Team (PSLT), you will provide exceptional executive support, enabling informed decision-making, operational effectiveness, and the seamless delivery of strategic priorities. About you
With experience in a previous PA or senior administrative support role you will have:
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and data input.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Educated to SCQF level 8, e.g., HND level in a business administration/other relevant subject or have significant equivalent level of experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages, mail/calendar management and minute taking.
- You must show initiative and prioritise work, manage your own workload and maintain high standards with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of the NHS systems would be advantageous
