SALARY: £76,194 – £89,640
HOURS:Full-time, 35 hours per week

You’llown aproductfocused backlog and leadfeatureteams to ship improvements regularly.
Your primary responsibility will be to release of incremental value across our workplace employer pension propositions, ensuring we deliver digital solutions that genuinely support employersin their role as pension administrators.
In this role,you’llown a focused product backlog and break work into smallslices of value.This approach helps the team deliver quickly and learn as they go.You’lllead all aspects of setting a clear direction by translating customer needs into well-shaped work. You will keep everyone aligned with the outcomes we want to achieve. Collaboration is a big part of your daily work, coordinating with colleagues across the business to ensure changes launchsuccessfullyfor customers and support teams.You’llalso coordinate key governance checks, such as CMIA and SPFIAto ensure we land change safely and protect customer outcomes. Additionally, you will ensure training, testing, and communications are fully inplace,so every change is safe, compliant, and ready to launch.
Using data will be central to how you prioritise and show the value your product delivers. You will support your team to continuously grow and improve how you work together. Finally, you will keepstakeholdersupdated by sharing progress openly and championing high-quality delivery across the wider group.

Whatwe’relooking for?
We’re looking for a candidate with strong experience in the Workplace Pensions business, as this is essential for the role.You’llbring a solid understanding of how Workplace Pension products, processes and customer journeysoperatein practice, particularly through the Employer lens. In addition,you’llhave at least 2 years’ experience as an Agile Product Owner, confident in owning a backlog and delivering digital solutions. Experience in building or enhancing digital journeys is important, though secondary to deep pensionsexpertise.
Handson experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments isrequired, along with strongstakeholder skillsand the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Clear and confident communication, a practicalproblem-solvingmindset, and familiarity with areas such as data migration, online servicing platforms, or permissions and entitlements would be valuable. Experience leadingcross functionalteams without direct line authority, and comfort working with budgets and forecasting, would also be beneficial.
