The John Clark Motor Group is building a new, dynamic Central Funding department, and we are looking for a Central Funding and Sales Support to join our team. While this is a hybrid role, we're particularly interested in candidates who live on the East Coast of Scotland.
What You'll Do
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you'll be the key to getting our customers on the road. You'll work closely with our sales teams across Scotland to secure the best financing options for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling challenging finance applications that fall outside the parameters of our primary finance partners.
- Working with a diverse panel of lenders to ensure every customer gets the best possible outcome.
- Communicating with customers to share their finance acceptance and any conditions, providing clear and transparent information every step of the way.
- Building strong relationships with our lending partners to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all.
- Maintaining and updating internal documents with precision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What You'll Bring
You don't need prior financial services experience; we'll provide all the training you need. What we're really looking for is someone who is:
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets. Previous sales experience isn’t essential but would be a distinct advantage.
- A team player with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
