Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Site / Project Manager to lead an exciting new build refurbishment project. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact scheme from start to finish. Key

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project delivery on time and within budget

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams

• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

• Manage quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing new build and/or refurbishment projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to drive programmes and solve problems on site

• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
