About the Role
As the Supervisor of Innoflate Livingston, you will support the site management team in running a vibrant, fast-paced and fun inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture as part of a high performing team. Within this role you will operate as a champion across all stations whilst sitting as part of the site management team.
Operational Excellence
- Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
- Key Holding and at times Duty Managing, ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed and efforts aligned to achieve site KPIs
- Support with the training and development of team members
Café & Parties
- Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
- Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
- Oversee successful party and group event delivery
Reception & Guest Experience
- Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
- Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
Health & Safety
- Complete daily venue safety checks
- Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
- Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team
People & Culture
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
- Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
- Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years’ management/duty management experience
- An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Eligibility to work in the UK
