Hours: 36 hrs. per week & 33.5 hours
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday (office hours)
A degree of flexibility will be required to provide cover at times of absence.
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated administrators to provide high quality administrative support to the clinical team based at Whytemans Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining an effective single point of access, managing the referral process and providing comprehensive admin support for the service.
You should be educated to SVQ III or HNC in an administrative, secretarial or business related discipline, or have equivalent NHS experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—and experience developing or maintaining databases are essential, as you will manage our electronic referral system. Excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to work flexibly, including some public holidays, are required. A positive approach to customer care and collaborative team working is vital.
