Events Industry Development Manager (Business Support)

We are looking to appoint an Events Industry development manager (Business Support) on a permanent basis to contribute to VisitScotland's objectives and to the delivery of the National Events Strategy by providing leadership, knowledge and expertise to help drive a culture of responsible best practice within the events industry.  

This role will oversee and lead on the development and delivery of a range of Events Industry Development projects from proposal, through delivery, to post-event review.

The role will require the post holder to work on multiple projects concurrently using a variety of delivery platforms with differing budget levels, purposes and audiences.

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Grade: Grade G, (£45,297 - £50,694)
Last Date for Submissions:  midnight, Sunday 21 June 2026.

Candidates must be available for interview on 10th July 2026 in Edinburgh.

This role can be based out of any VisitScotland office location across Scotland. VisitScotland operates a hybrid working culture, partially office and partially home based.
