An opportunity for a fixed term post for 12 months has arisen Community Admin Team. You must have an excellent secretarial skills including minute taking, a calm telephone manner and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages. SVQ/NVQ 3 Administrative qualification or equivalent level of experience in a similar administration role.
An ability to learn how to use different systems is advantageous. The role entails working with the P&CS Community Admin Team Lead; P&CS Admin Supervisor Community & P&CS Community clinical staff. Hours of work are 28.8 hours per week, over 5 days, Mon to Fri. - neogiatable. A driving licence & own car is required. Base to be confirmed.

As from 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.

If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country. This permission is, without exception, granted by the UK Visa and Immigrations Service.
