The Reporting Analystis responsible forsupporting an enterprise-wide governance and reporting structure in SPT.Keyresonsibibilitiesinclude producing high-quality reports and dashboards thatprovidevaluable insights into business activitywhilstensuring that reporting is based ondata that is trusted and assured. The reporting analyst also ensures efficiency in reporting through developing andmaintainingappropriate datamodels.
The Reporting Analyst will be working in conjunction with multiple multi-disciplined PMO teams and will serve a consolidator on all governance and reporting aspects. They will provide information to the Governance & Reporting Lead to support the SPEN business interface with key stakeholders, including the SPT Leadership Team.Network Policy & Regulation (NP&R)and wider SPEN functions,ensuring proactive visibility of all reporting needs.
As a Reporting Analyst, you will create and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards thatprovidemeaningful insight into project performance, progress,costsand risks. Using data from multiple sources, you will analyse trends,identifyopportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making across a diverse portfolio of projects.
You will play a key role inmaintainingeffective project governance, supporting governance forums and stage-gate reviews, whilemonitoringand challenging project performance against key KPIs. Working closely with project teams, PMOs and portfolio stakeholders, you will help improve data quality, reporting accuracy and consistency across the business.
The role will involve collaborating with analysts and business functions to develop reporting solutions that support regulatory requirements and strategicobjectives. You will also help drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting processes,maintaininggovernancestandardsand educating stakeholders on the performance impacts of project decisions and delivery outcomes.
Experienced in implementing and operating governance processes, standard PMO tools, templates, and reporting standards.
