An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced nurse leader to join Canberra Health Services as the Assistant Director of Nursing, Professional Pathways. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, Professional Pathways, you will lead the Clinical Placement Office and provide strategic and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio including workforce strategy, education, professional development, research, staff wellbeing and transition-to-practice programs. This influential role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen the current and future health workforce while supporting excellence in learning, development and patient care across the ACT health system.
