We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at LJF Powder Coating in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is a key front-of-house and administrative role, ideal for someone who is professional, personable, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a busy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Handle enquiries efficiently and pass messages accurately to relevant team members
Coordinate with delivery drivers for both incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring goods are received and dispatched correctly
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
Carry out general office duties including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Support the wider team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Requirements:

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
