Internal Sales Coordinator – Join C-Tecnics

C-Tecnics is expanding and we are looking for a motivated and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales activity, managing customer relationships, and helping drive business growth within a specialist electronics and engineering company.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales function, coordinating quotations and orders, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales enquiries and customer communications
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Coordinate orders and liaise with engineering and operations teams
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Support the external sales and business development teams
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
Track quotations and follow up on opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and documentation

Requirements

Experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or coordination role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Team-oriented and proactive approach
Experience in engineering, electronics, or technical industries is desirable
Right to work in the UK
