e-Careers will provide you with the training to help you gain an AAT qualification, then introduce you to a host company that will offer you a guaranteed remote internship placement. If successful, the host company may offer you a full-time paid role in accounting or finance.

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who may or may not have prior accounting experience but are eager to start a career in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.

Who Should Apply

Anyone who is interested in starting a career in accounting, finance or bookkeeping, regardless of previous experience or knowledge, but is willing to complete a structured training programme before being introduced to a host company.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

No previous accounting qualifications or experience necessary
Comfortable working with numbers and processes
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good written and verbal communication
Motivated to learn and develop professionally
Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively

Proven to be the most effective way to launch a career in finance with over 6,000 individuals placed
Become AAT qualified
A practical route into accounting and finance for individuals with little or no prior experience
Build transferable skills across bookkeeping, payroll, accounts support and finance administration
All training is completed online and the internship is remote
1 in 4 learners offered a job by their host company
Strong long-term progression opportunities in accounting and finance
