Everecoenergy Ltd is a Glasgow-based energy efficiency company specialising in ECO4 and GBIS-funded home upgrades. We help homeowners and tenants across Scotland improve their properties with free insulation, heating systems, and renewable energy measures. With full PAS 2035 compliance, TrustMark certification, and a rapidly growing project pipeline, we are expanding our team.

The Role

We are hiring a Business Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our growing Glasgow office. You will be the backbone of our administrative function — managing correspondence, coordinating internal communications, organising meetings, and maintaining records across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and records management
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications across departments
Support senior management with scheduling, document preparation, and reporting
Maintain databases, contact lists, and internal filing systems
Assist with HR administration tasks including onboarding documentation
Manage office supplies, facilities queries, and general office operations

Requirements

Proven experience in business administration or office management
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
GCSEs or equivalent minimum; a qualification in business administration is an advantage
Experience in the retrofit or construction sector is beneficial but not required

What We Offer

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
